Exploring how systems thinking is used in Government Evaluation
Partnering with the UK Cabinet Office Evaluation Task Force to explore how systems thinking is used in government evaluation. I did an 18 month secondment at the Evaluation Task Force, sponsored by the British Academy as part of their Innovation Fellowship Programme. I learned the role of evaluation in spending reviews and Government Major Projects.
Facilitating the development of the Tourism Transition Pathways
This project focused on facilitating workshops with EU tourism stakeholders to co-create the tourism transition Pathway, focusing on the decarbonisation, digitalisation and resilience of the tourism industry in Europe.

As part of my PhD, I used systems thinking to understand how sustainability indicators create change, and what leverage points could be implemented to maximise effectiveness.
